Important note

Software license key files are non-refundable. Please install the 30 day trial version that is available on the download page to verify compatibility with your printer and computer system.

Shipping

Software licenses are sent by email free of charge, an invoice in PDF format is included. A printed invoice can be sent for a fee of EUR 3.00.

Shipping fees for inks and papers vary from EUR 12.50 to EUR 30.00 depending on the country. The actual fees will be displayed after the shipping address has ben entered.

Prepayment

Prepayment by bank transfer is possible from EU countries.
You will receive a reference number that you should indicate as "purpose" when transferring the money. Please make sure that no fees are deducted - all charges must be in account of the ordering party (OUR). Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.
